Designed by Davide Conti, these wonderful chairs create the impression that they are somewhat gravity-defying.
Upon first glance, it’s hard to work out what exactly is holding these chairs up; however, upon closer inspection you can see that they are actually fitted with clear Plexiglas.
The black and white seats and backs of these minamilistic chairs are also made from Plexiglas. However, it’s the clear Plexiglas that allows for the chairs to stand and creates the illusion that they are actually floating in mid-air.
I really like these; modern, minamilistic pieces such as these chairs always capture my attention. However, I’m sure they’ll be waaaay out of my price range so i’ll just keep dreaming!
